Seeding Explanation Manchester gets the #1 Seed 1. Manchester is tied with E.O. Smith at 17 – 1 but gets the #1 seed based on the northern division having the better overall winning percentage. E.O. Smith gets the #2 seed. 2. Glastonbury and Hall are tied at 16 – 2 for the #3 seed but Glastonbury gets the #3 seed based on the northern division having a better winning percentage than the western division. Hall is the #4 seed. 3. For the #5 seed both Berlin and Bristol Eastern have 14 – 4 records. They split their head to head contests and they are in the same division. Therefore, we have to go to the lot number where Berlin wins out because their lot number is #17 and Bristol Eastern is #27. The #5 seed is Berlin and the #6 seed is Bristol Eastern. 4. The #7 seed goes to East Catholic. East Catholic and Farmington are tied with records of 13 – 5. East Catholic wins out because the northern division has a better overall winning percentage than the western division. 5. Tolland could finish as the #9 seed. The best record they can have is 13 – 5 and with that record they would tie both East Catholic and Farmington, but they lose out to East Catholic and Farmington because both the northern and western divisions have a better winning percentage than the eastern division.
